The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) announced that shares of increasing the capital of International Company for Medical Industries (ICMI), amounting to 5,600,000, will be added to its database with change in price limits as of the start of trading on Tuesday, August 5, 2014.
The company had obtained on July 16 the approval of EGX securities listing committee to
increase its issued capital from EGP 4 million to EGP 5.6 million.
The EGP 1.6 million increase will be divided into 1.6 million shares, as per the decision of the company’s extraordinary general meeting dated March 27, 2014.
The company decided to distribute bonus shares at 2-for-5, to shareholders of record till the close of trading on August 4.
The bonus share distribution will be effected as of August 5, 2014.
The company had posted EGP 54 thousand net profit in Q1, compared with EGP 73 thousand in the same period a year earlier.
